2024 Newsletter Survey Terms & Conditions
General
1. The promoter is Hale Mercantile Co ABN 627 272 673, Address: Office 1, Ground Floor, 71 Argyle St Fitzroy
2. Submission of the survey is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
3. By entering the giveaway, participants agree to release and hold Hale Mercantile Co from any and all claims, damages, or liabilities arising from or relating to their participation in the giveaway or acceptance or use of the prize.
4. Agreement to Rules: By participating, you agree to be bound by these rules as outlined in the terms and conditions. All entrants into this competition agree to receive marketing materials and be placed on marketing lists for Hale Mercantile Co.
5. Hale Mercantile Co reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the giveaway.
6. The conduct of the competition does not require a permit.
Who Can Enter
7. The giveaway is open to all Hale Mercantile Co Newsletter subscribers that are over the age of 18. This excludes employees and immediate families of the Promoter and their associated companies and agencies.
8. Entrants must be 18 years of age or older at the date of entry in order to be eligible to enter the competition.
9. No purchase is required, the winner will not be required to pay to enter the competition.
10. The Promoter reserves the right to request winners to provide proof of identity, proof of residency at the nominated prize delivery address and/or proof of entry validity or proof of registration ownership in order to claim a prize. Proof of identification, residency and entry considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the Promoter. In the event that a winner cannot provide suitable proof, the winner will forfeit the prize in whole and no substitute will be offered.
How To Enter:
11. The giveaway commences on March 1st 2024 from 9AM AEST and concludes April 29th 2024 at 11:59PM AEST. Entries received outside of this period will not be considered.
12. To enter the giveaway, participants must complete the Hale Mercantile survey form and input the requested details including their e-mail address and agree to subscribe to the newsletter.
13. Only one entry is permitted per person.
14. Incomplete, indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.
The Prize:
15. Prize: $2000 to go towards your next Hale Mercantile Co purchase. You'll receive a complimentary style consultation where our design consultant will help guide you through your choice and selections.
16. Two winners will be drawn.
16. Hale Mercantile Co will cover the shipping charges for $2000 worth of goods. For any items purchased over $2000 the shipping costs must be covered by the winners.
17. The $2000 prize is not applicable on an order towards gift cards, bedheads or inserts for cushions and pillows.
18. If a prize is not claimed within 7 days of the winners being contacted via email, a new winner(s) will be selected.
19. The prize must be redeemed within 6 months from date of issue, failure to redeem within 6 months and the prize will be forfeited.
20. The winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries on 30 April, 2024. The winners will have their name and zip code published in an e-mail on May 1st 2024. This Newsletter Survey terms & conditions page will also be updated to announce the winner once the survey has closed.
21. The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prize is not transferable, and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash. Any order amount over the value of $2000 must be paid in full by the winners. $2000 must be used in the one transaction and any amount unused will be forfeited.
22. The duties and taxes incurred for the prize of $2000 will be paid for by Hale Mercantile Co. Any fees related to the order value of over $2000 will be paid for by the winners.
